This new construction retail center is a shopper’s paradise, featuring dozens of upscale stores, specialty shops, and restaurants. The project was completed in three impressive phases, each showcasing a unique approach to design and construction. Phase 1 involved the construction of a 5,000 sq. ft. tilt wall retail shell building, while phase 2 included three retail buildings totaling 46,000 sq. ft. These buildings were constructed using durable masonry, sturdy bar joists, metal trusses, and topped with elegant tile and metal roofing. Phase 3 brought the project to completion with three more retail buildings totaling 71,000 sq. ft., including a 12,000 sq. ft. mezzanine, adding even more shopping opportunities for customers.
