12,200 sq. ft. renovation that occurred while the hospital remained fully operational. What was once storage on the ground floor, became the new radiology department with new support space. It is now located adjacent to the hospital’s emergency department. Work on the first floor involved reconfiguring the old radiology department to accommodate an invasive and small procedure room along with support space. The ground floor received 4 new Siemens Symbia Nuclear Medicine cameras as well as a state of the art Siemens Era 1.5 MRI. This MRI is classified for critical care and includes all of the associated mechanical and electrical services. Construction took 5 months.
