Ground-up construction of a 36,000 sq. ft. 2-story clubhouse featuring Mediterranean architecture. Scope of work included a pro shop, cart/bag storage area, men’s and women’s card rooms, men’s and women’s locker rooms, administrative office space, full kitchen, bar/grille, main dining room, covered terrace, and wine room.
