Our Safety Program is successful because we first start with a strong culture of safety that includes all of our team members. We have developed a rigorous Safety Program that exceeds OSHA’s regulations and standards. Safety meetings with job site crews happen everyday on all projects.
Our own OSHA certified Safety Director and Safety Managers perform OSHA level inspections with audited written reports every day on various projects throughout the company. Safety begins first with our culture, then proper ongoing training, project specific planning, team member engagement and empowering everyone on the project. No project can start without a Site Specific Safety Program developed, written and communicated to all job site workers.
