The expansion aims to accommodate more individuals, including children, adolescents, and adults, with acute psychiatric symptoms. It involved adding 36 beds to the existing 76-bed facility, bringing the total to 112 beds. Additionally, a new conference center for mental health trainings for regional treatment providers was established. This expansion also increased CPC’s staff by 72 employees, supplementing the existing 150-person team.
