This new construction project is a three-story, 103,192 sq. ft. storage facility that includes 800 units, all of which are climate controlled. Additionally, the project features an 11,424 sq. ft. commercial build-out space on the first floor that can be used for a variety of purposes. The building was constructed with tilt-wall panels, structural steel framing, and a combination of metal and asphalt roofing. Other notable features include multiple loading docks and a spacious parking lot.
