10,000 sq. ft. design-build addition to the existing Labelle Clinic. DD partnered with David E. Johnson, Architect during the design process selecting the appropriate materials, subcontractors, phasing plans and utility tie-in connection points. Due to the nature of tying into an existing clinic, multiple coordination and planning meetings were held in regards to roof trusses, existing exterior CMU walls and utility connections. The project scope also included a mobile MRI unit. Construction took 5 months.
