14,250 sq. ft. renovation of the existing operating room suite as well as the replacement of the air handler and the addition of a new chiller. This project consisted of 9 phases in the existing operating suite and adjacent areas, requiring class IV ICRA. The project had 6 different AHCA inspections, and occurred while the medical center remained fully operational.
