This project involved constructing a new, state-of-the-art storage facility, covering an area of 86,959 sq. ft. across three stories. The construction process involved utilizing robust and durable concrete tilt wall panels and structural steel columns and beams, which provide unmatched strength and reliability to the structure. The upper floors are fitted with a unique corrugated metal deck with a concrete topping, offering a stable and durable surface. The exterior of the building was upgraded with an upscale enhancement, resulting in a visually stunning and modern structure. Additionally, as part of the project, the demolition of a 1-story building was carried out with great care and precision.
