Our team tackled a comprehensive 11,000 sq.ft. renovation of Palm Hyundai, updating the floor plans, modernizing the MEP and interior finishes, and installing a fire sprinkler system. We also added a 7,700 sq.ft. extension, using a mixture of pre-engineered building materials, CMU blocks, and bar joists. We were able to complete the project within a tight 7-month timeline.
