Palm Point Behavioral Health utilized the same design from the Coral Coast Behavioral Health project, which allowed us to get permits and start earthwork within 40 days of being contacted by the owner. The project was designed and constructed to allow for a 40-bed vertical expansion with no impact to patient rooms or amenities.
