Addition and renovation of an 8,750 sq. ft. single-story restaurant to create an upscale dining experience for Shadow Wood Country Club. The updated lobby entry sets the tone for the restaurant, while the chef’s kitchen of 3,500 sq. ft. is equipped with the latest state-of-the-art kitchen equipment, including a pizza oven, walk-in coolers, and more. The sushi bar and buffet station offer a variety of options to cater to all tastes. The 24-seat octagon quartz bar with an octagon media canopy is the perfect spot to enjoy a drink and catch up with friends. The exterior nana walls open up to the patio terrace overlooking the golf greens, providing an amazing view while dining. Associated site improvements, such as asphalt, curbs, landscape, pavers, grease traps, and a grinder station, were also implemented to ensure functionality and aesthetics. The project resulted in an elegant and modern restaurant with top-of-the-line features that is sure to delight club members.
DD also completed a 10,132 sq. ft. pro shop and administration office expansion to the existing clubhouse, with 6,149 sq. ft. of interior renovations to the men’s and women’s restrooms and card rooms.
